Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy

Above and Beyond is just that. The well designed studio space is welcoming, exceptionally clean and the classes are mindfully taught by certified and very capable teachers. The salt tent and salt room adds an additional level of wellness that could be beneficial to anyone; especially those suffering from any respiratory aliment. The salt room is magical! Pure time of relaxation and breathing healthy salty air. The chairs are extremely comfortable and the whole environment of that room is so good for body and soul. Yoga class is great. The room is well equipped! The owner is am amazing lady! With good heart and good intentions and for me, that is an important part of how I choose who to support and where to do my yoga. This studio is the perfect place to spend your time taking care of yourself!

I arrived with a tough jet lag in order to take care of it. I took the KYM Asana class with Shoshana that was wonderful, and right after came into the salt room for a therapy and that ease my jet lag miraculously! Shoshana and the staff were so welcoming and the vibes were great!

I have been a member Above and Beyond for several years. I consider the studio, it's owners, Shoshana and Jake, friends and an extension of my family. Yoga is the one thing that "centers" me in today's hectic world. Whether just once a week, several times a week or just whenever I can get there I am always welcomed with love and caring and I leave filled with the ability to face what comes next. Come join me!! My favorite Yoga studio in Mobile! Classes are amazing, there's lots of variety for different levels. I love all the instructors and the people at the front desk always greet you with a smile. Salt room is a big plus.
